Minnesota Safe and Sober (S&S) is sponsored by the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) to reduce the number and severity of traffic crashes in Minnesota.  Included are the statewide and southeast Minnesota Towards Zero Deaths Initiatives, the Overtime Enforcement Grant Program, Challenge Grant Program, Enforcement Mobilizations and a close partnership with NightCap and Safe Communities Programs. 

 

In addition to providing funding and programming resources for traffic enforcement, the Liaisons are a tremendous resource for traffic safety information, statistics and local traffic safety information that you may use in your community and political communications.
