Impaired Driving Guidebook

In response to the national crisis of Impaired Driving, the International Association of Chief  of Police (IACP) commissioned the Impaired Driving Subcommittee in 2005 to address ways that law enforcement can renew their efforts to get impaired drivers off the road.
