Why are you applying for a Board of Directors' position?:
As a current and active member of the chiefs association i would like to continue representing our members from outstate Minnesota. I pledge to be active and engaged in the direction, mission and vision of the chiefs association which best represents our outstate membership.

If elected, what would be your priority for the Association?:
To continue to look out for the interests of our outstate members and to help with tangible things our chiefs need for their agencies and communities.

Describe your involvement with the MCPA or other professional law enforcement associations.:
I have been an active member serving on the board for the last three plus years. I would be humbled to again receive your vote. I believe the board serves our association with your best interest in mind, this is why I continue to attend training opportunities and meetings that move our profession forward in a helpful and positive way.

Please list your background credentials: (Education, training, advisory positions):
I hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and currently working on my Masters in organizational leadership. I continue to take classes and training that effect emerging threats that face our profession to help in professionalizing our great profession.

The election for MCPA's 2018-19 Board of Directors will take place at ETI on Tuesday, April 24th at 9:00 a.m. in the Lake Superior Ballroom immediately following the presentation on Fair and Impartial Policing.
