The job of a Minnesota law enforcement executive has evolved over time and continues to become more complex each year. New laws, rules and requirements require our members to continually upgrade their knowledge and skills in order to be effective managers. The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association is constantly striving to keep their members informed.
