Public safety community mourns the loss of North Air Care flight teamInvestigators have identified the two crew members who died and a third who was injured when a medical helicopter crashed at the Brainerd airport. North Memorial Health said pilot Tim McDonald and flight nurse Deb Schott died at the scene after the AgustaWestland A-109 helicopter crashed about 1 a.m. June 28th at the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport. Paramedic Josh Duda was injured in the crash. Funeral services were held Wednesday July 3rd for Schott at the high school in Howard Lake. In addition to working for North Air Care, she was also an emergency room nurse and former member of the Winsted Police Reserve. Funeral services for North Memorial Health Air Care Pilot Tim McDonald will be held on Tuesday July 9, 2019 at 1100hrs. Services will be located at Celebration Church Address: 16655 Kenyon Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044
Visitation will be from 1000hrs until 1100hrs.
