Executive Director Report

On behalf of the entire MCPA staff, board of directors, and ETI Committee, I'd like to extend my gratitude to everyone who attended the 2024 Executive Training Institute (ETI) in St. Cloud last week. With over 400 attendees, your presence and participation contributed immensely to the success of this year's conference and Expo.

ETI continues to serve as an excellent opportunity for law enforcement leaders to come together, exchange ideas, and enhance our collective knowledge and skills. Your engagement and commitment to professional development reinforce our shared dedication to serving and protecting our communities.

I would also like to thank all the speakers and presenters who generously shared their expertise, insights, and experiences with us throughout the conference. Your contributions enriched our learning experience and inspired us to strive for continuous improvement in our roles as law enforcement executives. The vendors and sponsors also stepped up in a big way to support and make ETI possible. We appreciate your partnership and commitment to advancing law enforcement education. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Guardian Fleet Safety for hosting an awesome networking event on Tuesday night.
