MCPA Leadership Academy

MCPA's Leadership Academy typically accommodates 30 attendees per session. It is a 3-1/2-day course for middle management personnel in law enforcement. Participants will develop skills on how to make a distinct transition from street officer to supervisor. The classes are designed with an understanding that effective supervision is critical to making a successful law enforcement agency. 

The Spring Leadership Academy will be held online via Zoom due to COVID-19.  
May 18-21, 2021 - Registration
Fee: $300

The Fall Leadership Academy will be a commuter event held in New Brighton. 
September 21-24, 2021 - Registration
Fee: $700

The Winter Leadership Academy will be a residential event at Camp Ripley in Little Falls.
December 7-10, 2021 - Registration
