The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is seeking qualified, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Part-Time Police Officer. Ideal candidates include recently (within the last 3 years) retired police officers or licensed law enforcement professionals from other agencies who are interested in continuing their public service at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. If you are looking for part-time employment, have the law enforcement background needed, and would enjoy providing high quality customer service to our clientele, this may be the position for you!!

Part-time officers assist the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) with the screening function at security checkpoints. There is a high-level of public interaction in this position. Other duties include responding to customer service requests and emergency situations. Investigate suspicious circumstances or situations and write reports.

Work schedules generally equate to 8-12 days worked per month.
Day shift work hours are 0445-1245 with 8-hour shifts, 4 days on, 8 days off.
Afternoon shift work hours are 1245-2045 with 8-hour shifts, 3 days on, 9 days off.

KENYON, MN Police Chief

The City of Kenyon, MN, is accepting applications for the position of Chief of Police. The department has three full time, and part-time officers and a full-time Administrative Assistant.  Kenyon is located in Goodhue County approximately 35 miles south of the Twin Cities and 40 miles north or Rochester, MN   Preferred candidates will place an emphasis on community policing, as well as possessing strong leadership, and communication skills. 2021 Salary Range: $32.00 - $41.60 per hour ($66,560 - $86,528 annually) plus excellent benefits.  Must establish residency within a 10-minute response time within 6 months.  (Additional time to establish residency may be considered for extenuating circumstances).
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 years of full-time law enforcement experience and be Minnesota POST Board license eligible at the time of hire.
Desired Qualifications: 1-2 years or more of supervisory law enforcement experience.
