Thank you for registering to attend the 2026/2027 Executive Leadership College (ELC), Session #1. Below is important logistical information for you.

Attire for the week is business casual. Uniforms are not necessary.
Your instructor will provide you with a one hour lunch every day. MCPA will provide you with coffee and light snacks throughout the day. Please bring a refillable water bottle as a filtered water station is located at the training room.
A refrigerator and microwave is also on site for those wanting to bring their own food.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment
Payment is due prior to the start of training (October 30, 2026).
Cancellation Policy
When registrations are canceled for MCPA training events, the following refund policy applies:
- More than one month prior to the start of the event: Full refund, less a cancellation fee of $75 or 25%, whichever is less
- Two weeks to one month prior to the start of the event: 50% refund
- Less than two weeks prior to the start of the event: No refund
Refunds will be issued by check.
Substitutions
Agencies may substitute a different attendee at no additional cost. Please notify MCPA before the start of training so POST credit can be properly assigned.
