The Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association provides opportunities for professionals, educators, and thought leaders to share their expertise with law enforcement leaders across the state. Our professional development trainings and conferences bring together chiefs, command staff, and public safety leaders who are eager to learn about leadership, innovative practices, community engagement, and other key issues impacting today’s policing.
If you would like to be considered as a presenter at an upcoming MCPA event, please submit a presentation proposal. Proposals will be reviewed by MCPA staff and committees, and you will be contacted if selected. Once submitted, your proposal will remain in our database for future consideration.
