Join more than 400 law enforcement leaders from across Minnesota for four days of training, collaboration, and innovation at the state’s premier policing conference. The Executive Training Institute & Law Enforcement Expo brings together chiefs, command staff, and public safety leaders to learn from leading experts, share strategies, and explore solutions to the most pressing issues facing law enforcement today.
Held annually, ETI features timely training sessions, engaging keynote speakers, and valuable opportunities to connect with peers and industry professionals. The conference also includes the ETI Expo Hall, where attendees can meet more than 100 exhibitors and explore the latest public safety technology, products, and services supporting law enforcement operations.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your leadership skills, improve department operations, or stay ahead of emerging trends, the 2027 ETI is a must-attend event for law enforcement leaders across Minnesota.
Invest in your professional development, connect with colleagues from across the state, and be part of the conversations shaping the future of policing in Minnesota.
